INSTITUTIONAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT UNIT AND ITS WORKS

Our Quality Policy


We carry out our work within the scope of the “Regulation on the Development and Evaluation of Quality in Health” and “Health Quality Standards ADSH Set” published by the General Directorate of Health Services, Department of Quality, Accreditation and Employee Rights in Health.


We adopt and share the total quality management approach.


Our aim is to protect the oral, dental and jaw health of our patients and to improve their quality of life by performing their treatments when necessary.


We increase the quality of life of the society by providing the best diagnosis and treatment service in oral, dental and jaw diseases, and we prioritize patient satisfaction and safety above all else.


We adopt the team approach and maintain institutional awareness.


We create the most suitable working environment for our employees, reduce the risks they may encounter during their duties and ensure their safety.

Duties of the Quality Management Unit


  • To ensure coordination of the studies carried out within the framework of SKS
  • To follow up the studies for institutional goals and objectives
  • To manage self-assessments
  • To manage the processes related to the Adverse Event Reporting System
  • To take part in studies related to risk management
  • To manage the studies for measuring patient experience and employee feedback surveys (such as survey applications, evaluation of survey results, improvement studies for survey results)
  • To ensure management of documents within the framework of SKS
  • To manage the processes for quality indicators
  • To participate as a member in the committees determined within the framework of SKS
  • To control written regulations
  • To follow up the revision of written regulations
  • To evaluate statistical information for service delivery
  • To ensure coordination of the studies carried out within the framework of SKS
